I have used several HVAC contractors over many years in various homes including Vero Beach Fl, Manhattan NY, Nantucket MA, Beacon Hill MA, Cambridge MA, and was always disappointed.  An HVAC company combines several skill sets including engineering, sheet metal work, plumbing, electric, and knowledge of the latest computer controls for the more advanced heating and AC units now on the market just to name a few.  Finally, I recently found a company that, without question, surpasses all my past experiences exponentially, Keyes North Atlantic.  Brad Keyes, the owner, is hands on, extremely knowledgeable, and polite!  This is true with all the employees I have encountered from Keyes.  The response time to any question is so quick that I would call it uncanny.  If Keyes North Atlantic was a public company, I would definitely buy some shares!

    I have been a client of your firm for some time and I am writing to you now because of how satisfied I am with job Kris Yerby did in helping me upgrade my audio/video system.  He listened very carefully to what I told him  my goals and preferences were in the beginning, and he gave me a responsive and well organized proposal which I accepted.  Kris was here for the installation and made sure over a couple days that everything was working perfectly.  As I’m sure you know, getting all new components to work properly, especially with brand new technology, is no easy matter.  I never had to worry that Kris was rushing to get done before he had everything tested.  He also made sure to give me his contact information in case I needed any help learning how to operate the system and/or if anything wasn’t working properly.

I am very happy for the opportunity to write this testimonial for Bryan Marino and his organization at Keyes North Atlantic.
    When Temple B'nai Israel was faced with the very costly decision of whether to continue expensive repairs to a very old steam heating system (the building is close to 100 years old) or replace the entire system with a modern, dependable heating and cooling system, we undertook the usual investigation into companies and approaches.
    When Bryan showed up with his presentation, we knew we had found the way to go.  He worked very closely with our committee explaining every nuance of his recommended approach.  He was always available to us as we proceeded with installation, attending meetings, checking on the work in progress,
making refinements on the fly as we encountered obstacles in this old building wherein such a modern system had never been envisaged.
    Bryan was knowledgeable about all aspects of his business and of our building and always came across as the professional that he is.  As such, we held him to professional standards and expectations and we were not disappointed.
    I couldn't possibly have expected more and have full faith in recommending him to friends and associates as the need for his expertise arises.
    In addition, the crew from Keyes North Atlantic was also completely professional, very tidy and accommodating as the building had to remain in use during the installation.  That meant they had to clean up every day and put their tools, equipment and supplies in designated storage areas.  It was
