Planned Maintenance Programs
Features:

• Inspection of all electrical devices, cleaning of coils to maximize cooling, check for proper operation of refrigeration circuit, and new 1" filter.
• Savings in operating cost.
• Priority scheduling for repairs.
• Prolong equipment life by following manufacturer's maintenance plan.
• Residential customers receive a 5% discount on repair bills.

Residential cooling systems (zones 1 and 2):

Full Service Programs
Conditions: Full service cooling plans run for one cooling season period (ending October 15 of the same year). Plans that are continued by the customer from one year to the next include repairs found necessary during the start up of the next season.

Features:

• Inspection of all electrical devices, cleaning of coils to maximize cooling, check for proper operation of refrigeration circuit, and new 1" filter, plus parts & labor for any repairs to the cooling system for one season.
• Savings in operating cost.
• Priority scheduling for repairs.
• Covers most repairs to the cooling system itself except for compressor or unit replacement.
• No unexpected repair bills.

Residential cooling systems (zones 1 and 2):

Additional Components
All accessory items are additional costs to either a planned maintenance or full service plan for a central cooling system.
