Planned Maintenance Programs
Features:

• Inspection of all electrical devices, cleaning of coils to maximize cooling, check for proper operation of refrigeration circuit, and new 1" filter.
• Savings in operating cost.
• Priority scheduling for repairs. Prolong equipment life by following manufacturer's maintenance plan.
• Residential customers receive a 5% discount on repair bills.

Residential air source heat pump systems (zones 1 and 2):

Full Service Programs
Conditions:

• Full service heat pump plans run for one year (365 day) period from the initial inspection date.
• Plans that are continued by the customer from one year to the next maintain the original start date for the renewal date and include repairs found necessary during the start up of the next season.

Features:

• Two inspections of all safety devices, cleaning of coils to maximize heating & cooling, check for proper operation of refrigeration circuit, and new 1" filter, plus parts & labor for any repairs to the heat pump for the duration of the plan.
• Savings in operating cost.
• Priority scheduling for repairs.
• Covers most repairs to heat pump itself (except for compressor or unit replacement.)
• No unexpected repair bills.
