We are a 'design-build'-oriented organization. The final design and functionality of the system we install is our concern. Whether you use a design/architectural firm or work directly with us, we put our experience into constructive critique of the design for a better final product.

We offer custom design and layout services for architects and designers to enhance the construction project. A sample heating and cooling specification may start out like this:

Central Cooling
Air handlers and distribution system placement as shown on drawings M 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. Air handlers to be mounted with rubber isolation pads to reduce vibration transmission to the structure. Flexible neoprene connections to be used on all plenum connections.
