Pricing

Keyes North Atlantic, Inc. utilizes both time & material and flat rate pricing systems. We attempt whenever possible to provide a flat rated cost for the services we provide you. We have found that service and installation goes best when both you our client, and we here at Keyes North Atlantic, have a thorough understanding of the costs involved.

Time & Material
We work on a time & material basis when we do not know how much labor and or materials we'll need to complete a project. Since the final cost is not known prior to the completion of the work, we calculate our invoice on some of the expenses involved in the work. Time & material invoices will indicate separate costs for our base charge, labor, materials, sales tax, and permits. Our staff will always be pleased to provide you with an explanation of any portion of our estimates, quotes or invoices. Flat Rate or Quoted Work
Many of our services are provided at a flat rate or quoted cost. Flat rates are a series of set prices for specific projects. Since we provide service over a large range of work, we have categorized the various price sheets. These categories will help you quickly obtain cost information of the service or product that interest you.
