Workmanship Warranty

Installation Warranty
Our basic workmanship warranty is for one year from the date we complete a new installation. This means that Keyes North Atlantic will provide labor, parts and materials to repair the system if it should fail to perform to the original design. Each quotation, agreement or work order we provide you will indicate a warranty period. We urge you to review this information and discuss any questions you have about the warranty with our staff.

Service Warranty
Our basic service warranty is for thirty days from the date we complete the repair. "Service" is when are replacing a component within a larger system.

Why Systems Break
Unlike an appliance you purchase from a store, the systems we install in your home of building are integrated systems. Often a system we install has various components spread throughout the property. This means that the system is more susceptible to damage and failure. Another major contributor to systems failure is lack of on going maintenance. The systems we install are generally complex and have moving parts. Moving parts need cleaning and lubrication to work well.

Manufacturers Extended Warranties
You may be given an opportunity to choose a product with a multi-year extended warranty provided by the manufacturer. We can help you understand warranties that extended beyond the one year. It's important to understand the details of these programs. Typically the manufacturer will require a maintenance schedule be adhered to for warranty support.
