We have implemented the following protocols and processes to help keep our employees and clients safe from COVID-19, a serious and highly contagious virus, including sanitizing the office and maintaining a safe distance during visits.
Commitment to Our Clients
We understand that despite the virus, life goes on, equipment breaks and our clients need service. To keep everyone safe, we are asking all clients to adhere to KNA guidelines when having our technicians in your home. That includes:
- Telling us if you or anyone in your home has been exposed to someone with Covid-19 or are showing symptoms of Covid-19.
- Observing social distancing requirements, a 6-foot distance from technicians at all times.
- Informing us if the staff will have access to running water to wash their hands when entering and leaving the premises.
Protecting Our Staff
Protecting our staff is of the utmost importance. We take measures to keep our office and work stations clean and disinfected as often as possible including:
- Wearing PPE, personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves and shoe coverings when entering a client’s home.
- Social distancing while working in a client’s home.
- Disinfecting personal workstation and vehicles daily.
- Washing hands for at least 20 seconds before and after leaving a client’s premises.
- If water is not available at a client site, staff will use a temporary washing station set up in their work vehicles.
We hope to minimize any disruption or impact to our clients during this time and look forward to rescheduling any canceled, non-essential services and projects when safe to do so.
